Wing to offer special deliveries to events in DFW Metro

After a year of successful operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, we’re excited to share that we will be expanding our drone deliveries on the northeastern end of the City of Frisco with a series of summer events.

The deliveries are part of a short-term test to offer new types of drone delivery services to the local community. During this initial phase, we’ll be flying specially curated packs to community events around the cities of Frisco and Little Elm (sunscreen to a neighborhood pool party, or orange slices after soccer practice, for example). We expect to kick off the summer event series in the coming weeks.

We’ve certainly felt the hospitality from the local community since we first introduced drone delivery to the area in April 2022. We are very excited to be continuing to invest and grow in the DFW metroplex, and to add these event services to our existing facilities in Frisco and Little Elm, and the operations center we opened in Dallas late last year.
