What to expect when the drone arrives?
It's important to know what to expect while you wait for a drone to arrive.
1. Safety First
Keep people and pets back while your package is being delivered. There's no need to do anything, the package gently lowers to the ground and unclips itself.
2. Clear the Area
The aircraft will lower the package to the ground at the location you selected. Please remove all items or objects, including cars, from this location.
3. Remain Clear
Our aircraft isn't meant to land - but in the unlikely event it ever does, please do not touch the aircraft, just contact our support team.
